Organizing
Chaos - 6.19.03
Wow.
Interesting ripples in a fascinating pond. These are the "hit"
stats for the website. Notice the big spike on June 16? That's
when I released the last comic. Evidently people were hitting
the refresh button a lot.
I
applied for a job at last. Very appropriate, some contract work,
specifically for ten drawings and then maybe a steady gig. They
haven't emailed me back. I'll bug them soon.
I
just added this to the last rant: Put your favorite Beeky wisdom
in the forum.
I'm going to do a comic incorporating the best Beeky lines.
So
I have this big plan mapping out my entire life. Basically a list
of goals broken down into constituent parts. Next on the list
are: clean snake cage, call to get haircut appointment, and send
some emails. I've also stared two chronologies. (I'd say I'm not
a journal writer, but what the hell is this webcomic?) One chronology
indicates major landmarks in my life. The other maps out daily
events hour by hour. Keeping track of this website's history put
a lot of things in perspective for me on how I work.
I
have a tendency to forget the past quickly, except for bad things.
I remember bad things I did in third grade. Hopefully, these lists
will help me remember some of the good things I've done.
