Organizing
Chaos - 5.21.03
Didn't
feel too funny, so all you get is another monster.
The
last two days have simultaneously been good and bad. We put up
a holster on ebay, and someone bid on it. So far its up to $.99
(Yay?)
And
we also had our advertisement set to air on the 20th on MacHall.
But our site went down, and the isp doesn't know why. It just
dissapeared for a while, and when it came up, it was set so that
the site was just parked, saying we owned it, but that there was
no web page. It's fixed now, but anyone who clicked on our banner
would have just gotten 404 or this crappy place holder page. So
fifteen dollars down the drain and a dig out of the company budget.
I'm not happy about it, but life goes on. Pad Holstersis going
to make a profit, I'm going to force it to.
Still
don't have a job and all desirable jobs require something I don't
have, experience. What a suprise. Who knew companies would want
people who knew what they were doing. I'm not going to flip burgers,
but if I was, atleast I would know where I was heading.
I'm
currently reading Power by Bertrand Russell. I also blew
through The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason.
I would recommend both. Why is that I read everyone else's books,
but they never read mine? I'll arrogantly attest that to my superiority
(And if attest is not spelled right, then I've merely used the
superior spelling).
Money.
Save 1 out of every 10 dollars you earn and then you won't be
old and wondering what to do about retirement. Invest those one
out of ten dollars wisely and the world becomes a better place
for you and others. Make sure to earn the time to care. Don't
wait till you're old and done.
